cancellation policy
Refunds: We understand that schedules change and things come up. We will do our best to work with our customers' personal situations. However, there will be occasions when we cannot refund customers, so please be sure to read the following policy thoroughly before committing to a class space.
ArtPOP will give a 100% refund (minus 15% service charges) for any cancelled classes at least 7 days in advance of the class. One week or less prior to the class, participants will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for no shows or same-day cancellations. Visiting Artist Classes: Visiting Artist Classes are non-refundable. 100% of the class must be paid at the time of registration.
Group Classes: ArtPOP will give a 85% deposit refund for any cancelled group classes made more than 7 days prior to the event.
